We accept PDF (preferred), JPG, GIF, TIF, EPS, INDD, and AI files. For full-size designs, PDF files produce the most reliable print results.

Can you scale my file to print as a large-format event signage?

Yes. We can enlarge smaller files like 8.5" x 11" or 11" x 17" as long as the image resolution is high enough. If your print needs to fit a specific space, contact us—we’ll help make sure the sizing works.

Can I proof my poster or banner before printing?

Yes. Choose a fast electronic proof by email or request a printed 11" x 17" hard proof. Printed proofs are free and use the same paper and equipment as your final order.

Can you print event signage that matches my event or raffle tickets?

Yes. Our banners are printed with solvent-based, UV-stable inks that resist fading for 3-5 years. The vinyl is durable and weatherproof—ideal for long-term outdoor use.

We offer standard and custom sizes, including popular options like 24" x 48" and 36" x 72". Need a custom size? Just ask—we’ll do our best to accommodate your dimensions.

Do banners and posters come with mounting options like grommets?

Yes. Vinyl banners are tape-hemmed and include grommets in each corner or every two feet. Posters printed on satin polypropylene film also come with grommets.

How fast will my banners or extra-large posters be ready?

We send a proof within one business day. After approval, most orders ship within 72 hours (for quantities of 10 or fewer). For larger orders, add one day for every additional 10 items. Shipping time depends on your selected method.

What if I’m not happy with my order?

We stand by our print quality. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll gladly reprint your order. Just contact our team—we’re here to help.
